Christmas & New Year
Little Bugs Co.'s online store is still open during the festive period!
Our offices are closed from 23rd December- 4th January, however, our team will be keeping an eye on things during this time and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our standard delivery time for orders placed from 22nd December 2021 onwards, will be extended to 5-14 working days. Express delivery, will unfortunately be unavailable until 4th January 2022.
We will be more than happy to help you with returning or exchanging any unwanted items. Our return and exchange policy remains the same and can be found in the support section on our site.
Shipping
Yes, we are based in Staffordshire and all products are manufactured here on site.
We offer free standard delivery on all orders! There is an express delivery option at checkout.
If you provide your mobile number at checkout, you will receive SMS updates for your order.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer international delivery. We will however accept orders and help out as much as possible if you would like to arrange delivery yourself. Please get in touch and we'll be happy to help!
Orders & Returns
Sometimes our emails can end up in people's junk mailbox so this is the first place to check, if you're still not having any luck, send us an email and we'll confirm that we have the correct contact details for you and also resolve any queries!
If your item hasn't been despatched then please get in touch and we'd be happy to change or cancel your order as required. If your order has been despatched then simply follow our returns procedure and get in touch with is to let us know if you wish to change it for something else or request a refund.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Product
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
The eco option is untreated whereas the natural options in treated with a clear, satin finish lacquer.
Unfortunately this isn't something that we offer, however please send over your product or dimension suggestions! We are continuously updating our product range and will take these into consideration.
